This means there’s something in their mind that’s stopping them. This something is the root cause. To find it, a tool called Circles helps managers conduct a quick and simple survey. When applied, every employee will fall into one of three circles: green, yellow or red. The highest risk is in the yellow circle. Because these people are expressing their support, but not acting on it.
