Gratitude and the job search among business school students

1,6K vues

This study examined the trait gratitude as a relevant predictor of perceived employability, an important personal resource for job search among business school students in Canada. Results support the idea that trait gratitude indirectly influences preparatory job search behavior, but not active job search behavior, through perceived employability. The implications of trait gratitude appear to be important for wider career development research and practice, particularly with job-seeking students.
