The e-learning sector is growing rapidly, not least as a result of Covid-19 and the need for many schools to move to distance learning. Being student- and market-oriented is the key to gaining a competitive edge in today’s online distance learning.
This study is based on FOUR key concepts:

– The expectation confirmation model (Bhattacherjee, 2001).
– Transactional distance theory (Moore, 1972)
– Technology acceptance model (Davis, 1989)
– Information Systems Success Model (DeLone and McLean, 1992)
