BERNARD Nathalie

Formerly a manager in a large company, Nathalie BERNARD holds a doctorate in Management Sciences from the University of Grenoble-Alpes and a diploma in Actuarial Science from the CNAM in Paris. She is a lecturer in Human Resources Management at iaelyon. Her research focuses on the relationship between well-being at work and company performance, whether through the representation that the actors have of it or through possible ways of reconciling it, notably through the steering of working conditions and human resources management practices.
