GRALL Bénédicte

After 12 years of professional experience in business, notably as sales director and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project manager, Bénédicte Grall has been a lecturer at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers since September 2015. She teaches management control and his research focuses primarily on the life and role of management tools in organizations, digital transformation and control practices.
