However, professionals generally prefer to share sensitive information within their immediate circle; blowing the whistle is perceived as an act of betrayal, and individuals tend to prioritize the quality of their relationships with stakeholders.
Whistleblowing is a delicate matter, yet it is now regulated and protected under the provisions of the Sapin II law.
