SUQUET Jean-Baptiste

Jean-Baptiste Suquet is an associate professor at NEOMA Business School, where he teaches the study of work and organizations. His research focuses on new forms of service, the transformation of service work, and the organization of customer relations, particularly in challenging contexts such as customer deviance or the digitization of services. He participates in collaborative and action research projects, and has published in journals such as Human Relations, Work & Occupations and Gérer & Comprendre.
