Associate professor

Paul SANDERS holds a doctorate in History from the University of Cambridge. His main areas of teaching are Geopolitics, Ethics and Leadership. His research focuses on the interface between leadership, ethics and history, with a deeper interest in complexity, ‘black swans’, commitment bias, self-fulfilling prophecies, blame games, gray areas, ‘dirty hands’ and narratives. . His secondary research focuses on the integration between the humanities and management as well as the future of management as a subject of education.
