Caroline Roussel has been director of Iéseg since July 1, 2022. She succeeds Jean-Philippe Ammeux in office since 1994, after his retirement.
Holder of a doctorate in management sciences from the University of Lille 1, in 2002 and an authorization to direct research from the University of Basse-Normandie, in 2013, Caroline Roussel taught from 2001 to 2002 at the Escem (current Excelia). She then joined the IAE of Lille, where she worked as a lecturer from 2003 to 2010.
At the same time, from 2002, she taught at Iéseg, which she joined as an “assistant professor”, a position she held until 2010. She then held several responsibilities in the establishment: director of the finance department, audit and control then director of academic development.
She became academic director of Iéseg in 2016, then deputy director in January 2020.
