I am an Associate Professor at emlyon business school. I hold a PhD in Management, I am a Researcher in Organizational Behavior, a Professor of Economics and Management and a certified Coach.
I contribute to furthering knowledge and developing practices regarding interpersonal relationships at work. My focus is on fair management and job satisfaction. I was honored with a top research award for my work in French by the French HR Management Association AGRH in 2016.
