Dr. Jinia Mukerjee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sustainable Development Management: Economy, Human Resources & Diversity, in Montpellier Business School. She holds a PhD in Management Science from SKEMA Business School, and a Doctorate in Science from Aix Graduate School of Management, Aix-Marseille Université. In her research, she examines how work is carried out in innovative organizations, predominantly using ethnographic methods.
