With a PhD in Management Sciences, I specialized in Cross cultural Management. My research focuses on HRM issues related to the development of cross cultural competencies and, more recently, Generation Z’s cultural representations.
My teaching is inspired with a life experience on three continents.
I teach in all emlyon business school programs and conduct continuing education seminars that aimed at preparing managers to approach work in an international context.
