IRENE BECCARINI is assistant professor at EMLV – Leonard de Vinci Business School. She received her PhD in management from IESE Business School. Her work studies companies and investors as well as societal actors and social movements, focusing on phenomena such as shareholder engagement, impact investing, corporate activism, and social activism targeted at corporations.
