After a career in a major business school, I held various positions within the marketing departments of companies in the agri-food sector. My appetite for research nevertheless led me to interrupt this professional course to follow a doctorate in Management Sciences. I am currently teaching at the Faculty of Marketing and Agrosciences of Colmar.
