Elian Pilvin has been general director of EM Normandie since February 2020. He succeeded Jean-Guy Bernard, in office since 2004.
A graduate of the EM Normandie Grande Ecole program in 1996, Elian Pilvin created and managed several companies specializing in the engineering of complex audiovisual solutions in Le Havre, Morocco and China between 1995 and 2013.
In 2004, he became president of the EM Normandie association. He is also an inter-promotion delegate of the HEC Paris EMBA program, from which he graduated in 2012.
He joined EM Normandie in 2013 as marketing and corporate relations director, then director of operations development and member of the Executive Committee. In September 2019, he became deputy general director of the establishment.
In June 2021, he was elected president of Passerelle, a qualified admission competition bringing together six management schools.
Elian Pilvin is currently completing the Executive DBA at Paris-Dauphine University, started in 2015.
