Based on a seven-year ethnographic study, this research shows that returning to caf\u00e9s was not simply an act of consumption but a symbolic expression of resistance and solidarity. The authors identify two phases: spontaneous reunion immediately after the attacks and the development of integrative rituals that reinforced community identity.
