The starting point for our study was the question, how does culture influence founders\u2019 identity? What emerged from this in-depth, qualitative inductive study is the concept of identity\u2012society (mis)alignment. This largely determines whether the entrepreneur adopts a primarily economic logic, therefore reproducing existing social structures in the venture\u2019s operations, or whether she adopts an aim to defy and change existing norms and structures with her product or in the way she runs her venture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, l\u2019identit\u00e9 des fondateurs est devenue un sujet d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour des chercheurs en entrepreneuriat qui souhaitent comprendre les facteurs qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 une diversit\u00e9 de formes, de buts, et de strat\u00e9gies parmi des entreprises naissantes. Ce qui \u00e9merge de cette \u00e9tude qualitative, c\u2019est la question de l\u2019alignement identitaire\u2012soci\u00e9tal.
