The use of artificial intelligence in Human Resources and the practice of coaching leads to the emergence of a new phenomenon: the development of leaders through automated coaching by artificial intelligence. An exploratory and qualitative empirical study of more than 100 participants shows that the automation of open questioning used in coaching promotes the activation and development of required skills for leaders and future leaders such as the mind critical, empathy, creativity and proactivity. This study not only provides a theoretical framework and variables for future research but also provides practical recommendations for understanding and organizing the use of automated tools by AI.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
