Teacher – Researcher in management sciences with a specialty in human resources, my research focuses on remote working of teams. As part of my thesis, I studied the influence of teleworking on the process of employee identification with their work team. More generally, I was interested in issues of well-being at work, social bonds and perceived proximity in a teleworking situation. Finally, I also work on the issues of including neuroatypical profiles (ADHD, HPI, ASD, DYS).
